Coaching services
Submitting a consultation request does not create a coaching agreement. Coaching begins only after you and Alexa agree on a coaching level and the terms of that arrangement.

Online personal training is fitness coaching, not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise program, and stop training and seek medical advice if you feel unwell or experience pain.
Pricing
Coaching prices shown on this site are monthly rates in US dollars and may change. The price confirmed with you when you start coaching is the price that applies.
Program materials
Training programs, written instructions and coaching materials provided by ROOTED are for your personal use and may not be resold or redistributed.
